We consider that the purpose of a business remains to focus on returns and value to their customers, employees and shareholders and nothing else. We assist shareholders and Board of directors in navigating corporate governance, local company legislation as well as activist positioning to provide such shareholder enhanced value.
In this field our firm has a collaboration with the Mauritius Institute of Directors for longer term awareness and executive training which is carried out through our training company.
